I’ve been having issues with the versa lite and customer service stated that they will be sending me a new device
my issue is that they want me to send the charging cable with it however I don’t have the original one as I lost it on vacation. Any suggestions

Best advice is just to be honest with support. They should understand that sometimes a charger gets lost.
