I was on here looking for help with my Versa. I got some suggestions and still. Doesn't work. Now no sensor lights are on. This is a replacement you sent me in February. Now this! Very frustrating and these devices are expensive! I hope something can be done about this!

Hi, is the HR sensor also not working (flashing green light) and not monitoring your HR? When this is the case, first of all clean the back side of your watch with a soft cotton swab. After that go the settings on your Versa, go to HR and turn it off. Restart your Versa 406 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This resets the internal system of your Versa. Go again to the settings on your Versa and to HR and turn it on again. See if that solves your problem. BTW, of all the sensors on the back of your watch the only one that's showing light, is the HR sensor.

I'll try again. There are no lights on now. The day before yesterday it was blinking red. Now there's nothing. You mean 406 times?? I did do that when I first posted the problem on Monday or Tuesday.
