My Fitbit Versa is not tracking HR correctly nor calorie burn. I noticed only one green sensor light in on. I shut it down and set it on the charger and nothing. I just got a new Versa in February Fitbit sent me because my first one was draindrai the battery.  This is so frustrating! And they are not cheap! ($$$) What can I do??

Hi, this is normal, e.g. only the HR sensor is lightening up (green), the rest of the sensors do not light up. Regarding HR tracking: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This procedure will reset the internal system of the Versa.
