My Fitbit Versa keeps flashing the logo and won’t do anything else. I tried factory reset, and it does nothing. I’ve tried charging it, and that does nothing. I’ve had it less than a year and am sooo sad

Hi, may I ask you how you did the FR? You can do that in two ways:

1. go to the settings of your Versa, press it and scroll down to Device Info, press that also and scroll down to "Factory settings" and press it.

2. Press and hold all three buttons together for about 15 secs untill you see the Fitbit logo and release only the roght lower button untill you feel a strong vibration and after that the Fitbit logo. The last one means that the FR succeeded.

@Rechelle22 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display is not turning on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In addition to the information that shared @SunsetRunner, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if your Versa's screen gets back to life.

Keep us posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
