My versa sensor is not working. I've taken all the recommended steps (restart, factory reset, sync, turn on off auto sync, turn on and off heart monitor on the fit bit) also noticed there a minus sign next to the date when I swipe up from the bottom that I never noticed before. Not sure if that means something. Any idea how to fix it?
