I bought Versa2 Fitbit through Amazon for my wife’s birthday gift. Very first time plugging the watch in to a charging cable, we noticed the watch is not charging. The battery percentage remains at 46% after a couple of hours.
I have restarted the watch as suggested by MegaBite(https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Versa2-not-charging/m-p/3919432/highlight/true#M1...) and still it was not charging. I also have reset every setting back to as it was shipped to me and still not charging. Note that it is not the issue of USB port/adaptor because I use it to charge my previous Fitbit watches(Charge2 and Versa Lite) without any problem.
From these attempts, I have to draw an assumption that this is faulty and would like to request a product replacement. To do that Amazon states that I need to first contact Fitbit customer support. Please suggest how I should proceed from here.
