Hi, I’ve tried all the suggestions. Turning heart rate on and off re-syncing. Turning off versa in between to no avail. In the heart rate row in the Fitbit app, there’s no plus symbol like there is for for the rest of the like ‘wear your Fitbit to bed, exercise etc.. is there other troubleshooting I can try? I may need to return it.

@HappyApple I am afraid I do not understand what the problem is. Is the heartrate reading missing from Versa as in it is not shown or "--" is displayed, or are you missing heart rate tile in the Fitbit app? Are the lights on the back of your Versa ON? If you swipe up on the main screen of Versa to open Today app and swipe to heart rate section, can you see your heart rate number there or "--"?

Hello,
It’s displaying a “- -“. There are no lights on the back. I have turned the HR on and off whilst restarting. I have also reset the watch to no avail. I can’t get the sensor lights on.
