Sleep and heart rate sensor not lighting up. Customer service told me to read troubleshooting article,, thanks a lot. Did the troubleshooting to my versa 2 and still no light. So I beat the hell out of it,, just enuf to not break it. Lights are working. Heart rate is showing

So now you're all good? Not sure why you had to beat it senseless, but at least it's behaving now.

Only a temporary fix. Sensor goes off and on. I guess it's broken, 3 yrs old. Wont be buying another ever
