I got this as a present on Xmas. I hadnt used it for a month. Got it all charged up and got motivated to work out again and the heart rate sensor is not working. I tried restarting the device. togled the on off sensor on the watch and rebooted it and nothing. SOS

I am having the same problem for the last 2 days  This is my 3rd Versa in the last 10 months! They just die (they start malfunctioning). Did you get a resolution?

Not yet. It sucks. I love fitbit but i dont like how fast they die, havent even had it a year.

Mine has been replaced by the company twice. Contact them. They are great about helping!
