I am trying to set up my Versa 2 on the Fitbit App, but the watch is locked, and it states to unlock with my phone. I cannot unlock the watch as it is not linked to my phone.
So, when I try to set up the Versa 2 with the Fitbit app it finds the device, then connects, and all is good, but it sends a 4-digit verification code to my phone which is locked. So, I cannot view the verification code to reenter the code into the app. So, at the end I am stuck and cannot set up my Versa 2 on the Fitbit app.
I have tried all I can think of but still no luck. Any suggestions?
