Hey guys!
I was given a Fitbit versa and love it so far. I have been using the application for all of my different forms of exercise and would love to log my food but I noticed that my estimated calories are nowhere near where I would want them to be. I have a lot of confidence in the ifflin St Jeor and know quite a bit about nutrition. I would like to manually input my daily calories rather than use the applications estimated intake. I am not looking for minor adjustments through maximum heart rate or messing with my height or weight to get this outcome and was wondering if there was a way?
Also is there a way to shut off the feature that gives you more calories to eat if you do more exercise. I am a firm believer that if your caloric deficit is 2,000 calories for example that no amount of exercise should allow you to eat more than that amount.
TLDR:
1. How do I manually set the amount of calories I eat per day?
2. How do I shut off the calories out feature in my food log?
Thanks!
