I just picked up my new Versa from Macy's. I setup the Versa with the app. There is a notification that a new update is available. The update keeps failing. I see there is a notification that fit it has a issue with firmware update.
My question is can I setup the Versa with out update. The Versa screen keeps saying connect to app which I already did. I can't see watch face or anything else. Is there anyway I can use my watch till fitbit figures the update issue.

The current firmware version is 32.3.014.

I too, bought a Versa from Macy's today and have the same problem. The app on my phone says the watch is synced and has version 32.3.014. The watch has no watchface or accessable menus. The battery is full.

Finally mine started with 32.32.12.19. Not sure what triggered this.
