I factory reset a gift versa 2. It says to download the app...I do. Try the Bluetooth and it pops up that I need to download an app to sync. Um...I did. The screen on the fitbit just keeps telling me to download the app and I can't swipe it in any direction. I've Uninstaller the fitbit app and set it up again with a different email. Still the same thing. Please please help.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Try the Bluetooth", but it sounds like you are jumping past some of the setup steps, like going through the app to add the device.
