Settings app disappeared-Versa 2

I have had my Versa 2 for 3 days and there is no longer  a settings  icon. I have shut it off numerous times and Uninstalled/reinstalled the app. No luck. About to take it back....

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

To locate the Settings in the Fitbit app installed in your cellphone, you can tap Today > your Profile picture > at the bottom you'll find Settings.

To locate the Settings in your Fitbit Versa 2 swipe up from the clock face to see your stats in Fitbit Today and at the bottom you'll find Settings.

In order to have a better understanding of the issue, please tell me what settings are you trying to adjust?
