the setup app on my versa 3 isn't working. how can I make a hard reset without it? I've already tried deleting watch from smartphone app, deleting app from phone, restarting several times...

Hi @easyFit - what in the setup isn't working?
In the Fitbit App did you click on the profile photo and then "+ Set up a Device" ?
You can restart the watch with the button - see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

sorry, I meant the "settings" app on the watch, "Einstellungen" in German. doesn't work, tried everything. there must be another way to do a hard reset/back to factory settings without it...

@easyFit - if a restart doesn't fix it it is probably best to contact Fitbit support.
Though do swipe watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure sleep is not enabled.
Can you start any app from swipe left of the watch face or is it only Settings that doesn't work?
There are risks doing a factory reset which may kill the watch outside of warranty.

it's only the settings that doesn't work, all others are working fine. I've already contacted the support, waiting for answers...
