I have been experiencing several issues with my Versa. I've had my Versa for at least a year and a half; within the last month it no longer works as well as it use to.
Here are the following issues I need help with
1. The battery needs daily charging. I can go to sleep on a full charge and wake up to a drained battery. - I've turned off all notifications, no notifications during sleep, backlight is on dim, turned all day sync off, I have even taken the Versa off at night, soft and factory reset
2. Versa is not tracking HR or steps - I've changed the watch face to a Fitbit face, I've done soft and factory reset, turned HR on and off.
My versa does not track sleep, no longer sends stay active notifications(when notifications are turned on) records phantom exercises.
Lastly, yesterday the fitbit icon would appear and the versa would vibrate. It did this every 5 minutes until I reset it several times
