The time on my fitbit is running slow. It says that only 4 hours has past in 48 hours. It won't sync, the fitbit is slow to react to my touch, the back button is not working and it has drained over 45% of my battery overnight. I have tried fixing it with all the ways but so far no luck. I am very displeased with this because this fitbit was given on a reduction to me because my fitbit hr broke down and now this is happening

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Caraghb0123.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issues you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. I totally understand how you are feeling as it is a replacement for your previous tracker and you would like to continue using it without any issues. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend doing the following:
1. Some users find helpful to clean the button with a toothpick and canned air.
2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face.
3. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Check this help article for additional tips to prevent battery drain: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
5. Check the complete steps to resolve syncing issue: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Hi @LiliyaFitbit,
I tried cleaning the button with a tooth pick but this did not work.
I tried switching the clock face but as soon as I attempted this a notification came up on my screen informing me that my fitbit and phone were not connected. My fitbit was by my side so I checked that my Bluetooth was on and retried but this did not work either.
I tried restarting it with the steps shown, but although it did restart, it did not fix any of my problems.
I read your artical on how to make the most from my battery and although it was informative, I have already been using all the surgestions.
I read the trouble shooting article on restarting my fitbit and as I mentioned before, it did help to restart it, but did not fix any of my problems
