Having issues with the following:
- heart rate atopped working after the last update
- steps stopped registering in workweek and weekend warrior challanges.
have tried:
- logging out and in of app
- disconnecting reconnecting bluetooth
- making comments in challenges
- uninstalled/re-installed app
- factory reset of fitbit
is there a pending fix? Im not the only one with these issues so it has to be a software/hardware issue on fitbits end?
suggestions?

I am so disappointed in Fitbit. I reached out twice before my warranty was up with issues. My screen would go black. My steps stopped working. They would have me do a reset and then tell me it’s resolved. I told them I knew my warranty was going ti be up and they said because I started the case before. Then of course it still happened and they tell me my warranty is expired. This is my third Fitbit in four years. They don’t stand behind their product. I will tell every person I know not to purchase this product. Very disappointed.
