Severe Versa 3 batter problem

So I got a versa 3 7 days ago (10/09/2023), I put it on charge yesterday when it was at 19%, I charged it for about 90mins and it was fully charged. Ever since the batter has been severely draining, I would give a rough estimate of 5-6 hours battery life, I've changed nothing since buying it, still using the original screen saver, manual wake up, minimum brightness, not using spo2, basically I don't have anything that would reduce the battery life. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi @amico0 - definitely sounds faulty unless you started an exercise using GPS but that would be obvious.

Hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. See if that sorts it.

Swipe the watch face right to get to Quick Settings to see the actual battery level.

Try turning off Bluetooth on the phone to see if it changes the discharge rate.

Lastly perform a factory reset from the watch settings about menu, give it 5 minutes to complete. Remove both Bluetooth entries from the phone before setting it up again.
