I ordered the versa 2 on wednesday with overnight shipping. I got the confirmation number, but my product never shipped. I called today, Saturday, to cancel the order so I could get a refund and just order it from amazon and the CSR told me I couldn't cancel because it was in shipping. When I asked why it couldn't be cancelled since it had not been shipped he was unable to give me an answer.
Has anyone else had shipping issues with this product or am I just super unlucky?
I just wanted to be able to track my activity in quarantine...
Hi @icismyoung it seems that other companies have the same procedure. I ordered something from Walmart that's being prepared to ship and I can't cancel it. I'm not sure you'd get it faster with Amazon, as they are currently making non-essential items wait longer to be processed and shipped. How soon can you expect your device from Fitbit?
Best AnswerI am also in the same boat. First time you have to let it go 5-7 business days, then call back after that to have them re-ship. So I did that and the 2nd one doesn't even ship, it sits in the wareshouse as well, saying it's ready for shipment.. It's been 6 days now, 4 business days, so I have to wait until next monday to call and say it never shipped/never arrived. This seems to be their M.O. right now.. put in an order, and never ship the item. I don't know if they even have Versa2 in stock. But it might be happening to others models as well, as I've seen this for the new Sense 2 as well. They just don't give a crap. I'm likely to just cancel now when I can and then buy a different competitors product as Fitbit doesn't seem to give a crap about their customers anymore.
Best AnswerHi @SnorkyMN this thread is from April 2020, so it's pretty old. Don't forget in the USA that Monday was a holiday with many companies and services closed.
Best AnswerYeah, that doesn't explain why the previous order sat for so long without shipping that I had to have it re-ordered.. I found several newer posts of people with delayed shipping as well.

I paid extra dollars for one business day delivery on a Thursday when I bought the Fitbit, I received a purchase response and then on Friday a tracking number stating the Fitbit won’t arrive until maybe next Tuesday. I tried to cancel but couldn’t and I said give me back my shipping cost because it’s not one business is it, but they refused.
