Hi all,
I wasn't sure where to post this. I am thinking of getting a Versa. After 5 years with the Charger HR I'm wanting something new. Please tell me what you like or dislike about it.
Much appreciated!

I've owned the Charge, Charge, Surge, and now the Versa. Here is my input:
Cons: Difficult to update and install (painfully slow via BT).
Wi-fi connection is filtered BT (compatibility issues with older BT)
Music transfer is from a desktop app only.
Random syncing issues
Charging cradle carries no data transfer
Pros: Smaller and very lightweight
Brilliant and clear display
Improved HR sensor tracking
Internal music storage with internal/phone player controls
Compatible 3rd party apps
Gazillion clock faces and wristbands
Waterproof down to 50 meters (can swim and shower with it)
I've owned mine for 11 days and I think it is the best fitbit ever! They are on back order so good luck if you decide to buy one.

I had a Charge 2 and upgraded to the Versa. I love it and the best part is that I can swim with it!

It's great to see you here @mrswoz, @SunsetRunner and @swim4lifekac thanks for stopping by.
If you want to purchase a Versa, I recommend taking a look at our comparison page, where you can compare all Fitbit trackers and see which one meet your needs.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi @mrswoz, I went from a Charge HR, to the Blaze, and then the Versa. Here is what I like about the Versa: 1) It has all the features of the Blaze and Charge HR, 2) It has really awesome 3rd party watch faces, and tools to 'create your own', 3) At some point it will have SpO2 stats, 4) It is water resistant to 50m.
Here is what I dislike about the Versa: 1) Sleep tracking is currently very inaccurate and forum moderators are currently recommending to not use the really awesome 3rd party watch faces. 2) The buttons are very sensitive and can be activated by sheets, sleeves, pillows, and the only workaround I've heard about is to purchase a wearable case, 3) Switching to a waterproof altimeter appears to have accentuated floor 'over counting', and so instead of a few extra floors on the Blaze or Charge HR on a really windy day, I recently got 200 extra floors on the Versa, just for mowing the grass 🙂
I think most of the problems will be resolved eventually, but for now, I have switched back to the Blaze. Hope this helps.
ps: if you're interested in a particular Versa feature, you can search for it in the Versa forum to see what others are saying.

Thanks so much for your reply. I've done some more digging and don't think that it'll even sync to my J7. More digging is needed I believe.
Thanks again

Thank you Alejandra. I've looked at the comparison guide a number of times. Just can't seem to decide.

What do you want to use it for? What can your current device not do? What phone do you have?
If you just want something new I'd hold off. It's not the most finished product.
