Finally got my versa set up

Yesterday after 3 hours of trying. 

Worked fine yesterday but today recording 0 steps every hour 

 

Anyone else

Have this issue? How did you get it resolved ?

Hi @Sabrinanoelle, thanks for visiting the Fitbit Community.

 

In this case I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Versa as a replacement device, please follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If this doesn't help, please do the following:

  1. Go into your device settings on your phone and select the option for "Apps"
  2. Find and select Fitbit
  3. Tap "Advanced" and then tap "Battery"
  4. Select "Battery Optimization"
  5. Tap the bar at the top of the screen and select "All Apps"
  6. Find Fitbit in the list, tap it and select "Don't Optimize"
  7. This should help improve your syncing experience and should not have a large impact on your phone's battery life.

This behavior seems to be very weird. If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa by following these steps. If this doesn't help, please let me know, are the 0 steps shown on your Versa and your Fitbit account? Additionally, you can attach an image of the 0 steps for further investigation.

im having the same issue as well. i have restart a couple of times but it keeps showing 0 for all the fields. however, when it showed numbers on the app when i did the sync but the watch is still showing 0.
