I just received my Versa 2 for Christmas and yesterday it worked for a while. I charged it all night, but the only thing that comes up on my screen now is an X followed by :Data not cleared, Sync and try again.
I did that, and my phone says it synced yesterday evening at 6:17 pm. I cannot get anything to come up on my screen; if I hold the only button it has down for a few seconds, the fitbit icon will come on, but then it goes back to the same message with the X.
What can I do to fix it?
