Shuts off even when fully charged

Is anyone else having this issue?  Mine has randomly been doing this since December!  It will send notifications but won’t log steps, activity, heart rate or show time!

@Nana7311 You mean it turns off, i.e. screen is dark, LED lights are not on and you have to manually turn it on? Have you installed any 3rd party apps or clockfaces? Please uninstall them.

Haven’t installed anything. It just randomly goes from 97% to zero and yet allows notifications to come

@Nana7311 Going from 97 to 0 should never happen. I am assuming you have tried regular reboot. At this point, I would perform a factory reset (restore to factory defaults), but I would prepare myself mentally that I may have to contact Customer Support for a replacement. Before factory reset, make sure you have deleted versa from your phone's Bluetooth settings. To perform factory reset, open settings app on you Versa and scroll down to About. Tap it and choose factory reset. This will wipe all data from your tracker - yes, it will be gone if you cannot sync it. After factory reset you will need to set up your versa again by adding a replacement device in your Fitbit mobile app.

It allows me to sync if I do it as soon as
I get it off the charger. I never had this issue with my other devices! I have done a reset already. Still did it! :-(. Thanks for all your help!

@Nana7311 I'm more concerned about battery dying so quickly and randomly. That's why I asked for factory reset. At this point, I would really reach out to Customer Support. You may require replacement.
