Sick Score

Is there a way of disabling the sickscore?  I absolutely loathe this "feature" and it seems to be completely pointless.

As an example, the sick score in my area constantly shows as 97 or more, but when I was in the UK last week, it was generally 32 or less.

I see no point in this app, and would be delighted to do away with its constant reminders

Hi @KaptainVersa and welcome to the forums. I searched thru the Fitbit Help pages but could not find anything on Sick Score. Perhaps auto correct typed something different than what you wanted?

Hello @KaptainVersa.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

I don't get any sickscore on my Versa.  Are you seeing it on the Versa itself, or on your phone's app?

I expect this is coming from some app, which you can disable.  From phone dashboard, click Account icon near top right, then Versa.  You will see a tile labeled "Apps".  Click that.  Look through the apps under "My Apps" for some app you might have installed, or that looks like something that might give a sickscore.  Then click on it and probably have the option to uninstall.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I think you may be referring to the Achu sickness prediction clock face or Sickweather clock face? Simply change your clock face to a different one and you should stop receiving the daily check in reminders.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Nooshka! Thanks for sharing the issue that you are experiencing, I would like to know if you were referring to the Achu sickness prediction clock face or Sickweather clock face as @N8teGee kindly mentioned? If you're talking about another issue, can you please provide some screen shots, they will be handy to provide you with an accurate response and give you a solution. Just in case here is the link on how to add images to your post.

I will be waiting to hear from you, please let me know if you need anything else! Robot Happy

@KaptainVersa can you please confirm that you were talking about the same thing? and if your issue got solved?

Thanks a lot @SunsetRunner, @JohnnyRow and @N8teGee for your intervention! Smiley Happy

Hi @marinadsvillela. That clock face was developed by a third party developer, not Fitbit. You can can contact them at support@achu.ca

They will be better able to help you.

Useless function of sick score..

every time show and make the clock fonts became small. It is hard to see the clock. So every time have to touch the screen to skip the sickscore. It is a Sick of function and stupid.

@scottchuan - If sick score is a clock face, then change to a different one. That’s the beauty of having so many beautiful and functional clock faces.
