I have had my Versa Lite for 6 months and yesterday the side button stopped working and the screen is stuck on music controls, even though I have never used the music controls before. I have seen other post about this but they all say to restart the device, which I can’t. On the Fitbit website it says to go to the settings app on the watch to restart but my screen is stuck. It also says to hold down the side button to restart but that is not possible either. Please help!

I also did some more research on your website and it also said to press the back buttons, but their are no back buttons on my Versa Lite. Please help!
