Hi, I bought a Versa 3 less than a week ago and the side button doesn’t work most of the time and now it’s started to load Alexa without me pressing the button and I can’t close it then the Fitbit logo comes up for a few seconds and back to normal screen then.

It’s not a physical button, it’s a sensor one. To turn on the screen instead of using motion to turn it on. Can also use it for Alexa or whatever you have saved to use it for.

@sweetygirl3125 Thank you for sharing your inquiry! Instead of a physical button on the side of the watch like its predecessors, the Versa 3 has an indented haptic side button that works in the same way as a regular button:
