Silver/grey versa release date

Hi, I have ordered the silver/ grey versa. (Ireland) it says back order - ships 1-2 weeks. Today has been the release of Versa. When I check Amazon they say that the silver one will be released 10.5. So will I be able to get the Versa on time or do I have to wait another month?

Apparently all I needed to do was complain out loud, haha.  We got a call from JB Hifi yesterday that my grey Versa had arrived, and I stopped on my way home to pick it up.  I'm loving it already

Apr 19 - Toronto ON Canada: SportChek and BestBuy have black, rose gold and SE-grey in stock. BestBuy gave an in-stock date of May 3 for regular model grey. That's the same day I have been given for an online order.

Amazon.ca is showing black, rose and SE-grey as available for immediate delivery; grey "ships in 1-2 months"

I believe I saw grey on Amazon.ca for same/next day delivery on launch day but did not order as I was going to be out of town. When I checked-back 24 hours later, grey was showing the month-or-more delay while the other colours were available immediately. I should have ordered then and had it delivered to the post office to be held for me - my baad.

We can only guess if the grey model is that much more popular or if full production commenced later. I assume, like autos, one colour is produced at a time on any assembly line and we are waiting for another lot to be shipped to Canada.

FWIW - I looked at the SE grey at SportChek and was discouraged by the mauve tint to the metal case. It might have been the lighting but I definitely did not like. None of the stores had updated displays with the Versa but a very cooperative SportChek employee opened two boxes to allow me a hands-on feel and look.

I ordered my silver/gray fitbit Versa on April 4 and still have not received it. It has been over 2 weeks and I pre-ordered it. It still just says your order has been received and nothing else. I even chatted with an agent online to get any info on the status of my versa and that was no help at all. Please let me know when I will receive my silver/grey fitbit versa!

@elizabethw435 I had ordered my silver/gray Versa on April 1. It is finally scheduled to be delivered today. When I chatted with an agent online, they were no help as well. Honestly, it wasn't until after I posted here that I felt like something happened. Maybe @LucyAP can help.

@pif130 Thanks for the help! @LucyAP  Can you give me any details on why I have not received my silver/gray Fitbit? I ordered on April 4 as a pre order and this morning it still only says order received. No shipping notifications yet. I'd really love to get this watch soon!

Hi, I'd like to know the timeframe of availability of this product in Europe. On every website of any shop it says "on demand" or "awaiting arrival in may", so what does that mean, please? it's june already, and have been patiently waiting since april for these 😞

However if you'd like to purchase it with a retailer, please approach them for more information since we don't control the releasing date for our retailers.
