Silver/grey versa release date

Hi, I have ordered the silver/ grey versa. (Ireland) it says back order - ships 1-2 weeks. Today has been the release of Versa. When I check Amazon they say that the silver one will be released 10.5. So will I be able to get the Versa on time or do I have to wait another month?

What do you mean will you be able to get the Versa on time?  From what you wrote it sounds like it will ship in 1 to 2 weeks.

Thanks for the help @SunsetRunner! Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner! As @SunsetRunner mentioned your order should ship in 1-2 weeks and you'll receive it according to the shipping option you selected at the moment of your purchase (overnight, expedite, etc.).

And, if anything changes on the status of your purchase you should be able to see it with your order number.

I too ordered the gray Fitbit Versa on 4/1. Nothing has changed on my order since that time. I mean, I thought the point of pre-ordering a device was that it would get there on release date. I haven't received any emails saying out of stock or anything either. Gray isn't available anywhere else either.

Because I have heard people are saying that they haven’t received it within

May 10th? That's pretty unacceptable if true. I pre-ordered my gray to have it on release day, not a whole month later. I've received no correspondence saying that there is a delay or anything, but my order status hasn't changed once. I've called customer service and they basically just say that I have to wait. Not any help whatsoever.

Today it has been 1 week, so I will wait another to make it 2 ( it should
be shipped 1-2 weeks)

I'm doing the same. When I ordered mine it said 2-3 weeks. I've passed 2 weeks and the 22nd will be 3. if nothing has changed by that point, I'm cancelling my order.

I am in the states and I went to Target yesterday (the day of release) and purchased the Versa SE black/grey. I looked at having the option of pre-ordering through Target however I would have had to wait a week and also pay a delivery fee. I opted to take the chance to find one at the store which I happen to do.

 I thought the same thing with what I have been seeing everywhere regarding this color. Everywhere I says it's back ordered are coming soon. But, I pre-ordered the silver/gray through another retailer. I just got notification today today that it shipped. Should be here Thursday.

@LucyAP While I appreciate your response, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed in this situation. I pre-ordered for a reason. My status hasn't updated since that time and nobody in the world seems to have the gray Versa. At no time was I told it was "back ordered" or "out of stock" during this process. 

I just saw that my order is now being "processed." We'll see how long "processing" takes. I just wish that I had been kept informed throughout everything. I'm a pretty loyal Fitbit guy, this just soured me a bit on ever ordering direct from you all.

@pif130 I received my silver/grey fitbit versa yesterday 16th April. I pre-ordered March 24th and am in Canada. I see delivery is being delayed for other countries. I hope you get yours soon.

Regarding your question about the status of your order "Processed", this usually means that your new Fitbit buddy will be on your way in about 24 to 48 hours. Yey! 🙂

It seems the silver/grey Versa is a popular choice.  I went to the local JB HiFi (Australia) on Monday assuming I would be able to have my pick of available colours, but the silver/grey hasn't arrived yet.  I've now asked them to hold one for me when they eventually arrive, but they don't know when that will be.  They have black ones but I would prefer the grey one so will wait for a while to see when they arrive.  No other major retailers I've called has received the grey ones yet either.

Just as an update to our conversations, I have received notice that my silver/gray Versa shipped today. They are coming folks, just later than expected.

I got the silver gray.  I ordered from amazon April 2nd and I had it in hand on the 17th.  Very nice.  It looks good with a variety of bands.
