Hi. For the last 5 days, my Versa has not been tracking my sleep. I can see that it tracks my heart rate all night. I have not changed how I wear the tracker and have never had this issue until recently.
I have tried rebooting, factory resetting, uninstalling from my iPhone, updated my tracker and the app, etc. It is frustrating because my Versa is only a year old. I have also tried the “Log Sleep” to see if that would work. Out of the 5 nights I’ve done this, 4 of them I received simplified sleep details and the other I received full details. Tracking my sleep was one of the main reasons I chose a Fitbit over an Apple Watch so this is a huge disappointment.
Please advise. I’ve read the other posts about getting a consistent heart rate, needing more than 3 hours of data, not having a critically low battery, etc. so those things are not a good answer to provide as I’ve already looked into them.
