Sincronização strava - fitbit

Quando clico no app Strava em meu relógio Versa aparece para vincular a conta do strava no app fitbit, porém já fiz isso e hoje aconteceu de eu treinar e o treino não ser sincronizado.
Eu faço login e depois aparece que não está autorizado, mas já vinculei várias vezes em ambos os apps, inclusive pelo meu computador.
O que posso fazer?

When I click on the Strava app on my Versa watch it shows to link strava's account in the fitbit app, but I've already done that and today I happened to train and the training didn't get synced.
I log in and then it appears that I'm not authorized, but I've linked several times in both apps, including from my computer.
What can I do?
