Sleep Inaccuracies

I’ve found the past few weeks my Versa 2 has not been tracking my sleep properly. It says I’m asleep way earlier than I am and I’ve woken up about an hour later than I actually have. I’ve tried switching the sensitivity from normal to sensitive and no joy.

I’ve had my Fitbit just over two years now so I’m beginning to think it’s coming to the end of its time. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Thanks in advance!

I’m having the same issue. They are doing this on purpose so we buy a new watch. It’s the same thing Apple does to their products, they can say they don’t, but they are lying. Otherwise my watch just wouldn’t all the sudden stop functioning properly

How ridiculous!! It’s worked fine up til now no issues at all going into its 3rd year. Very disappointing- I presume there’s no solution other than buying a new one then?

Just this morning my Versa 2 recorded the wrong time I went to bed by an hour.   How can you correct this?

yes My versa 2 hasnt given me a sleep score for months … also telling me i’m awake for hours during the night … i’ve tried everything including  speaking to a fitbit agent I’m just hanging on to it as some of the functions still work .. i think it’s just come to the end of its life !!
