Sleep Reminder not working

Hey all! I’m having a problem with my Versa Lite: I set it to give me a bedtime reminder, but so far it hasn’t done so. I’ve tried disconnecting the Bluetooth and deselecting, then reselecting the Share Notifications button on my iPhone like the troubleshooting guide said, but I thought I’d ask if there’s anything else I can do.

Set a bedtime reminder in the Fitbit app to help you maintain a consistent sleep schedule. When it's time to wind down for bed, you receive a notification on your phone. On certain Fitbit devices, you can also see a bedtime reminder on your device.

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
    , then tap the sleep tile 
     
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Turn on the bedtime reminder and set the time and frequency.

Can you confirm that you set the bedtime reminder but you're still not getting it? Do you receive other Fitbit app notifications?

Hi @SilviaFitbit, thanks for getting back to me on this 🙂 

Yes, I’ve made sure to set my bedtime reminder for 9pm and nothing. All other notifications work just fine... (except for calendar reminders, I have a question posted on this as well, I can’t get any to come thru).

@jmika19 Thank you for getting back. I appreciate that you've confirmed to have checked your bedtime reminders settings. 

 

In this case, please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it and log back in After this check if you receive your bedtime reminders. Did you use to received them?

Hey @SilviaFitbit, sorry for the late reply on this, but thanks so much for your message. I did your suggested steps and the reminders are still not working. The sleep reminder appears on my phone but NOT on my Versa. Not sure what to do...?
