Hi, I'm using my Versa 2 for less than a week but already gave up. The device stops sync with my phone several times a day, making Alexa or notifications useless. Yes, I tried to go over the sync troubleshooting on this site (I don't see all the options on my FitBit app) but see that I'm not the only "victim" of this device sync issues. Should we expect a software update soon? because I see the same complaints from months ago, so my FitBit doesn't really care. I really don't know
