Sleep Score not showing everyday

I have a question about tracking my sleep. Most of the time, my results show up as a bar graph-like but doesn't seem to show my light sleep and deep sleep results. For one of the days, it showed the results for my light sleep and deep sleep results and has a score. How do I always make sure that it always keeps score for every time I sleep?

I posted a sample of my sleep score. For example, only Friday shows the different kind of graph with different kind of sleeps (light and deep sleeps) and for other days, it shows other results. So, how do I get the results for the light and deeps sleeps?

Thanks.

@michaelc92 It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the screenshot shared.

The reason why it's not showing sleep score everyday, it's because you will need to have sleep stages in order to have sleep score. Please check out some scenarios where your watch could stop tracking your sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
