Sleep/Stress Not Syncing-Versa 2

This morning for some reason my sleep and stress info is not working.

I am becoming more irritated with Fitbit by the minute. Again these are features we PAY FOR. Fitbit- when we will start being reimbursed for the constant glitches? 

Tried to utilize customer support but it is unavailable. Deactivated and reloaded app and it’s still not working.
