Have noticed that since the 3.0 update my sleep tracking graph is flat. It no longer determines REM, Light or Deep sleep. It only shows the number of times I was awake, restless and number of minutes that I was awake or restless. What do I need to do to get this back to what it was showing before?

Thank you for your suggestion. It didn't work for me last night. Will try to reboot several times again today. Hopefully tonight will be better.

The tracker changed back to not working properly again last night. Not sure why it returned to the bad information. I will try the reboot process again to see if this corrects the issue.

Try the following:
1. Deinstall Fitbit from your phone
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall Fitbit again and enable BT on your phone
4. Sync with the Versa and see if this works
Good luck!!

Rebooting is pretty simple: press and holdthe left and right lower buttons together untill tie Fitbit Logo appears and release these buttons. This might do the trick to solve your problem.

The problem returned after working for only one night. I give up on the fixes. Hopefully they will address this issue with a future update. Thanks for all your help.
