After the update last week, my sleep tracking stopped. I've restarted my device and can't figure out why it's not working.
Any other advice?

The same thing happened with my Versa, except more issues. Since the update it is no longer tracking sleep, pulse rate or steps. I have tried deleting and reloading the app to my phone.... many times. I have turned off and restarted my Versa... many times. I have turned off and then turned back on the items i want it to track, again, no help.
I now have an expensive black chunk of plastic.

Is it not working at all or only showing you the simplified sleep tracking graph?
If it's the latter, check if you see an error stating that heart rate was not consistent. Detailed sleep tracking depends on an accurate HR sensor which seems to fail quite often in Versas.

Itʻs not working at all. Itʻs a hard stop on 10/9 on the app and I donʻt even see it on the watch. Come to think of it, I donʻt remember if there was an icon on the watch. I remember the option on my Charge 2.

Iʻm sorry to hear that it stopped working. I really liked my Charge 2 and decided to go for the Versa. Iʻm so sad that itʻs not working properly. I hope youʻre issue gets resolved.
