Hello,
I tried doing an update recently and was having trouble with that, so I stopped. Not long after my screen starting to glitch and turned off. I charged it and it still wouldn't turn on. I have tried restarting it several times and resetting to factory settings. It still works and is synced to my app because it vibrates when I receive calls and such but nothing on my screen. I need help!

Hi @Britbarber , during the update, did your have your Versa in the charger and connected to your PC? This is mandatory for an update to be installed correctly. Regards kuzibri

I had it in the charger while it was updating. By PC you mean computer? If so, it wasn't. It was plugged to the wall outlet.

Hi, with PC I mean indeed your Computer and not a wall outlet. Try again doing the update but now with your Versa connected to your computer. When you're lucky the update starts automatically again.

Thank you, I wish I would of realized that before I tried to update it. It updated, but my screen still will not turn on. Thanks for helping with the update.

Well, after trying everything and reading other posts, I wonder if it is water logged? Before it turned off random things would pop up without me hitting any buttons. I did take a shower before it died. If it is water logged what would am I suppose to next on fixing it?
