I just installed the new Fitbit update on my iPhone, and now the weeks graph at the top isn’t showing up, if I cluck in the individual day the sleep score is missing on all the days except for today’s, the score for the last 22 days are missing, after that is shire the score but a couple are missing after that. I don’t know why these are missing for, because they were all there yesterday. I check my sleep stats every day,
as you can see in the screenshot, here, the sleep scores are missing and of the last 22 day’s, only today’s is showin. But before the update, the score where all there. I don’t know if this new update screwed up anywhere else or not the sleep thing is the main thing I check, so don’t know yet if anything else is messing up or not

I’ve done all that and still doesn’t work, today I found out that the watch isn’t even syncing with my iPhone anymore either. And the time is like an hour and 38 minutes off. I have tried restarting the watch, by holding the left and bottom right buttons, I have tried restarting the Bluetooth. Hell I even went into my apps setting and clicked on forget this device. And now it won’t reinstall. So I don’t know what’s going on. Also I don’t know why you changed my title if the post I did, as I said towards the bottom of the first post I don’t know what other problems is going on, I just knew the sleep for sure, later I found out the thing wasn’t syncing either. So my original post name still applies, “Update screwed something up”

Still couldn’t get this watch fixed, started with the sleep thing messing up. Found out it wasn’t syncing up for some reason. Spent a day trying to fix it, even did a factory reset. But that didn’t work, won’t sync anymore, so it’s just a paper weight now that lights up with the Fitbit symbol when you press the button. So I had to go buy a new watch, which I really can’t afford, since I’m an Unemployed, Disabled Veteran. But I upgraded to the newer Versa 2, so hopefully I don’t have any problems with this one. Had it for 2 days so far and everything seems ok so far
