Sleep logs getting duplicated multiple times.

Hi there,

Every time I go into my sleep activity from the previous night, it makes a copy of it so that I end up with multiple copies of my sleep from the night before.

I  have a Huawei P9 which is not on the list of compatible devices. When I purchased the product I was told that there were issues with the P9 Lite but that the P9 should be fine. Is my phone compatible with this device? And is this the cause for my sleep being copied over multiple times?

Thanks!

Where exactly are you seeing multiple copies?  Do you mean that if you slept 7 hours, it changes to 14, then 21 hours?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello @Sleepconcenrned, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @JohnnyRow, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

@Sleepconcenrned, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. I understand your concern about your phone is not included on the list of compatible devices, however I would like to ask you for screenshots of your sleep logs so I can determine what we should do next in hopes to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please try the following:

  1. Force-quit the app and open it again.
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.
