Sleep not logging

Brought my Fitbit on the weekend, done all the updates as said. Sleep isn’t logging, restarted it twice, tightend the band still not working. It’s not even picking up that I’m asleep.. Any solutions? Thanks !!

HI, having the same problem after i did the latest Fitbit update. My heart rate and sleep are not being tracked and i have done all the things you have.  I've had my Fitbit Versa for over a year and never had a problem with it.  I think there is something wrong in the Update that went out.

HI,  I went through all the steps on how to get my heart rate to show on my Fitbit Versa and on the App.  I believe this is an Update Problem with the last update that Fitbit sent out.  Many people are having issues with the Heart Rate and Sleep Tracker.  

So, the problem is still there, now just waiting for an update from Fitbit to fix it.

My Fitbit Versa has not been tracking my sleep for over a week now (only the basic info is available) and it is showing my heart rate as permanently above 100 BPM which I know is not right.  I've re-set my watch twice and the issue persists.  Any advice?
