Hi @CMO6. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa Lite isn't tracking your sleep. I understand your point of view about its behavior and let me help you with this situation. Before anything else, please let me clarify that the Versa Lite isn't able to track your floors since it doesn't have an altimeter which helps to detect altitude based on atmospheric pressure.

About your other question, although you mentioned to have been wearing it same as usual please take in mind the following factors that affect the sleep tracking:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app.
  • If you slept for less than 1 hour to receive sleep patterns, and less than 3 hours to get sleep stages.
  • If your watch's battery is critically low.

That said, I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile icon.
  2. Tap on the Versa Lite image and make sure the All-Day Sync is enabled.
  3. Restart your Versa Lite.
  4. Try sleeping with your watch on your non-dominant hand just to monitor it one night.
