Hi there Guys.
I have had some problems with my dads fitbit versa.
It switched off over the holidays and does not want to switch back on again.
At first i thought it was a flat battery, so i charged it.
After a whole night of charging i got to the watch and the Blue Fitbit Logo was on the screen.
I took it out of the charger and try starting it up, but with no luck.
When i press a button it just goes to a black screen and stays like that.
I have tried doing a hard reset by holding all 3 buttons for 10 seconds, and then saw i should try holding them for 3 minutes.
I also read that you should change your watch face to something from Fitbit i now want to know is how do you change it if the watch is off and does cant synq with the phone.?
Nothing seems to be working.
Any help would be appreciated.
