I got a Versa lite fit bit and the sleep part only shows sleep pattern a barred graph, I cannot seem to get sleep stages. I have an iPhone and I thought it might be that however, my friend has the exact same one and can see her sleep stages and graph absolutely fine. So I thought it was the Fitbit so I brought another one and it’s exactly the same. I have tried wearing it differently but still this stupid sleep pattern and a weird graph. It’s starting to really irritate me.

Hello @Bethany_123 let's open a night in question then look below the graph to see if Fitbit knows why.

Is your heart rate turned on?

Is sleep at least 3 hours?

You are not using the Start Sleep now in the Fitbit app?
