Hi, in order to record your Sleep correctly, go to your account within the Fitbit app (top of the dashboard screen right next to the watch icon and press it. You will het the account screen, which says when you have become a member, etc. Scroll down untill you see under the Targets the Sleep possibility, press that and enter your Sleep goal, e.g. how many hours you want to sleep, and also enter the time you usually go to bed and wake up time. This will record your Sleep more accurately. Good luck!
