I've recently switched from a Garmin Instinct to a Versa 2. In the 2 weeks I've had it, my sleep has been accurate once. I'm usually asleep by 7pm and usually wake once or twice during the night. The Garmin would cater for this, the Versa 2 usually disregards sleep prior to midnight (or thereabouts), and generally tells me I'm getting 3-4 hours sleep/night when I know it's 7-8 hours. I've tried with the strap loose and tight, but it makes no difference. Why is it so?
