The weather will not display on my versa. It tells me to sync my Fitbit and I have but it’s still not working

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @AylaW. I am sorry for the delayed response.

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with the weather app. I recommend doing the following: 

 

  1. Confirm that the weather app is setup correctly: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?
  2. Please make sure your device is syncing and manually sync the device.
  3. Turn Bluetooth Off and On on your mobile phone. 
  4. Leave the Fitbit app running in the background of your phone.

Not any help none of that works can’t find any icons
