This is the 2nd night the sleep has not got recorded. Is there any update which has caused it? Can anyone from support look at this please. It does not look like a device problem to me since it is able to count my steps and my BPM...
I know they say to wear it loose. One night I realized the way I lay was keeping the heart rate monitor from sincing my arm. Haven't had the issue since making less loose.
