Sleep score missing

I recently bought a FitBit Versa Lite, and was extremely excited about the sleep score function. However, I slept with it last night, woke up this morning, and it didn’t give me a sleep score. It gave me the information regarding all three stages of my sleep, but that was it. I have the “sleep insights” turned on. I’ve already looked at previous answers, but doesn’t seem like there’s a concrete answer anywhere. Inside my sleep settings on the Fitbit app, there is also no option for me to turn on “sleep score” as other people were mentioning.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Joshthomas. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding a sleep score. Thank you for providing the additional details, I totally understand how you're feeling as you purchased your watch recently and was existed about the sleep score feature. Thank you for confirming that you received your sleep stages, because you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. I recommend checking this help article where you can find information about sleep score and how to see it: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:

  • Note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.
  • Update the Fitbit app to the latest version. For instructions, see How do I update the Fitbit app?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
